SPA Policies
Cancellation
Please be advised that we have a 24-hour change or cancellation policy for services and a 48-hour policy for a booking of three or more services. Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice will incur the full charge of the cancelled appointment(s).
GROUP BOOKINGS
Waterside Spa is happy to accommodate group bookings for any occasion! Please call 845-217-5338 for information and to book services. Private event space and catering by BLACKBARN Hudson Valley is also available to make your special event a memorable occasion for everyone! Please note a deposit of 20% may be required for any group booking of 6 or more services on peak dates, and will be discussed when services are booked.
GROUP CANCELLATION
For groups of 6-14 services, a one-week (7 day) cancellation policy will be observed: any service(s) cancelled within one week (7 days or less) of the event will incur the full charge for the cancelled appointment(s).
For groups of 15 or more services, a variable one-and two-week cancellation policy will be observed: any service cancelled two weeks (8-14 days) prior to the event will incur a $50 cancellation charge; any service cancelled within one week (7 days or less) will incur the full charge for the cancelled appointment(s).
Guest names and service types (subject to availability) may be changed until the day before the event, but service duration may not be decreased unless required due to Waterside Spa scheduling.
Arrival
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your service time to check in at the reception desk and prepare for your service.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointment following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full service.
Age Requirements
The Spa is reserved for members and clients age 18 years or older.
Gratuity
Gratuity of 20% will be added to your bill upon checkout. If you prefer to leave a cash tip, the Spa Concierge desk will provide you with an envelope.
Atmosphere
Please silence cell phones and speak softly and quietly upon entering the Spa.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, misplaced or stolen gifts cards cannot not be replaced. Gift cards may be purchased online here or in person at the Spa Concierge Desk.

We are located at 2 Ferry Street Saugerties, NY. We are approximately one-mile from Diamond Mills Hotel and BLACKBARN Hudson Valley.
Hours
The Spa is open for services Tuesday-Sunday from 10am–6:30pm
The Fitness Center is open Monday 8am-4pm, Tuesday-Sunday 8am-6:30pm
The Café at Waterside is open Monday–Sunday 8am–4pm
Pool Deck and Sauna is open Tuesday-Sunday 9:30am-6:30pm

Amenities
