CANCELLATION POLICY
Waterside Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for services. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be incur the full fee for the cancelled appointments. This includes any no-show or rescheduling of appointments, regardless of reason.
This cancellation policy is in place so we may accommodate other guests wishing to book appointments, as well as in consideration of our providers who have planned their time and technique for your service.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Waterside Spa is happy to accommodate group bookings for any occasion! Please call 845-217-5338 for information and to book services. Please note a deposit of 20% may be required for any group booking of 6 or more services on peak dates, and will be discussed when services are booked.
Private event space and catering by BLACKBARN Hudson Valley is also available to make your special event a memorable occasion for everyone!
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
For groups of 6 or more services, any cancellation with one week (7 days) will be charged $50 for each cancelled appointment. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be incur the full fee for each cancelled appointment. This includes any no-show or rescheduling of appointments, regardless of reason.
Guest names and service types (subject to availability) may be changed until the day before the event, but service duration may not be decreased unless required due to Waterside Spa scheduling.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your service time to check in at the reception desk and prepare for your service.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointment following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full charge of the service booked.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
The Spa is reserved for members and guests age 18 years or older.
GRATUITY
Gratuity of 20% will be added to your bill upon checkout. If you prefer to leave a cash tip, the Spa Concierge desk will provide you with an envelope.
ATMOSPHERE
Please silence cell phones and speak softly and quietly upon entering the Spa.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Waterside Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to the Spa atmosphere.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be purchased online or in person at the Spa Concierge Desk. Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, misplaced or stolen gifts cards will not not be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
