Join Brooke for an all levels yoga class where we will focus on brining balance to our mind and body. Class will start with breath-work and gentle stretches and end with a relaxing shavasana. Please bring your own mat.

30/30 Pedal & Pilates 10:30:00 AM-11:30

Instructor: Jess/Christa

Join Christa and Jess for a 60 minute total body workout including strength, core and cardio training. Christa will take you through a 30 minute series of Mat Pilates exercises with a focus on sculpting and strengthening muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and abdominals. Jess will take you on a 30 minute Indoor Cycle journey of hills, climbs, sprints, and flats with great music that will get your heart pumping. Appropriate for all fitness levels! Please bring a mat.

60 minutes of bodyweight bootcamp for all fitness levels. We will focus on both major and minor muscle groups by using a combination of strength training and cardio!

Instructor: Jess Davis

Join us for a 30 minute Indoor Cycle Class in a small boutique fitness setting. It’s a fun, low-impact, calorie-crushing workout where you control the intensity. Jess will take you on a journey of hills, climbs, sprints, and flats with great music pumping. Each class designed is created for riders of all levels/all ages and will challenge every rider to go harder while having FUN!

Cycle 10:45am-11:15am
