Join Brooke for an all levels yoga class where we will focus on brining balance to our mind and body. Class will start with breath-work and gentle stretches and end with a relaxing shavasana. Please bring your own mat.

Join Christa and Jess for a 60 minute total body workout including strength, core and cardio training. Christa will take you through a 30 minute series of Mat Pilates exercises with a focus on sculpting and strengthening muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and abdominals. Jess will take you on a 30 minute Indoor Cycle journey of hills, climbs, sprints, and flats with great music that will get your heart pumping. Appropriate for all fitness levels! Please bring a mat.

Jess will take you on a journey of hills, climbs, sprints, and flats with great music pumping. Each class designed is created for riders of all levels/all ages and will challenge every rider to go harder while having FUN!
