Baby Kale: Served raw here, baby kale is one of the most nutritionally-dense superfood on the planet. It’s loaded with vitamins, including calcium, potassium, and vitamins A, K, and C.


Poached Organic Chicken: We slow-boil our chicken in water with herbs and seasoning so that it is perfectly flavorful. Packed with protein and free of preservatives, the chicken ensures that you won’t need to snack before dinner.

Lemon Tahini Dressing: The lemon tahini dressing, which ties the dish together without compromising its nutritional value, has a hummus-like consistency and contains soy, honey, and lemon.
